BAW
Works great for me! RC1 was a problem which kept causing FF to close, no longer in this build ! Simon Veteran Posted October 6, 2006 Veteran Share Posted October 6, 2006 I like a lot of the changes they made to the Mac version visually, but the background color reminds me of Windows 98. Come on Mozilla, just throw a pinstripe behind the back, forward, etc. and lighten the color a bit on the bookmark bar. At least try to fit into Os X. Koolslacker
I tried firefox 2 for a while, but went back to 1.5 b/c most of the extension did not work. I like what I saw in firefox 2. Now people needs to get the extensions working with 2.0 Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/501276-firefox-20-rc2-final/page/2/#findComment-587935287 Share on other sites
Yochanan
Which extension? My extensions are all working fine. Some extensions just need the version number bumped in it's install.rdf, but some will need a compatibility update. Most extension authors are working on them currently. If yours does not, contact the author if there's no info on the extensions web page. Quillz
Sweet. Is the Final still on track for the 24th? Seeing as how stable RC2 is, I'd certainly think so. I tried firefox 2 for a while, but went back to 1.5 b/c most of the extension did not work. I like what I saw in firefox 2. Now people needs to get the extensions working with 2.0 I don't know what extensions you use, but I know for me, which includes some of the most popular ones, they have now all been updated for use with 2.0.
