Khujo
not bad khujo. ;) thanks, i have the 3.0C but swapped that back out for the Northwood at higher clock speed, i think that would do me right for the time being, SSE3 was only supported by one program i used, though the Prescott definately (intensive tasks) multitasks better then a northwood, intel says its improved HT, i think it has more to do with the cache increase. also the temperature's are back to levels that don't heat the room or feel like i'll burn down the house, even at such overclocked speeds, i think the cpu could go a tiny bit higher but the ram is loosing stabiity with the higher multiplier,. Samoa
2600XP-M @ 2.5ghz 400FSB, 1.85v, stable as hell (Y) Plan to put in my two better, noiser, fans and maybe a bios flash, possibly an L12mod, to push 2.6ghz and 2.7ghz. :D But it's running so sweet now, I'm kinda shy to mess with it. But maybe 2.6ghz with just a fan upgrade? :shifty: Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/50448-list-your-overclocks/page/26/#findComment-2313758 Share on other sites

Samoa
2600XP-M @ 2.7ghz 400FSB. And man is it hot!!!! :pinch: what kind of cooling you got on that thing? SP97 with a Quiet 92mm Case fan. Three other Case fans, and a Vantec TMD fan for heat exhaust. Not too mention AS5. Does alright, but unless I get a 120mm fan or water cooling, I'm pushing it's limits.
