I just like a decent amount of peformance and running as cool as possible, quiet too. :D Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/50448-list-your-overclocks/page/32/#findComment-584708737 Share on other sites
Pestul
Volcano 12+ came today.. changed everything over my Volcano 7. I'm pushing this chip pretty aggresively. Before: XP2700+ @ 2362MHz 1.85v 44idle 60load Now: XP2700+ @ 2464MHz 1.9v 42idle 57load Booyah. EDIT: bah.. I like 2.45GHz @ 1.85v more. Cooler, and I'm happy with it. fAlCoNNiAn
Highest stable so far, at 1.5875 volts. I finally got around to replacing that crap stock heatsink with a 7000 CNPS ALCU. 584697355[/snapback] wow, personally, i think that overvolting to 1.6 vcore for a 400 mhz oc is not worth it at all, id never do it myself. but more power to ya if you can blow money and parts away like that  Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/50448-list-your-overclocks/page/32/#findComment-584723823 Share on other sites

It eventually crashed at what I last posted. So 217 fsb is the highest can get. islanq
CPU OC: CPU Temp: VGA OC: VGA TEMP: I hit 4GHz the other day but it's too hot without liquid cooling / vapo chill so I didn't have time to get a CPU-Z of it. if anyone has a 3.2E C0 or D0 you can use, 16x mutiplier 250FSB And 1.500V - 1.550V on CPU voltage. (note: intel says your SHOULDNT go pay 1.400V but 3rd party studies show the processor is reliable to 1.550V) to hit 4GHz, I think we should start a 4GHz club for the intel people :D and maybe a couple crazy AMD folks ;) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/50448-list-your-overclocks/page/32/#findComment-584793687 Share on other sites
