The Ubuntu developers are moving very quickly to bring you the absolute latest and greatest software the Open Source Community has to offer. This Release Candidate is the final milestone on the road to Ubuntu 6.10, and with it comes a whole host of excellent new features. Ok cool :) The information I gave was wrong, FF2 is on Ubuntu and 1.5.0.7 is on Fedora. I just dbl checked on Distrowatch lol Beryl sounds interesting, i've used XGL before and was quite impressed but not as much as with Aero. Also appears Beryl is Quinn Storms Compiz with a new name... coool! :) I am a little disappointed though from reading the initial forum post by the one of the Beryl devs and subsequent posts. Why can't they just put Beryl into compiz git and work with the original coder who developed it all. I'm sure they had good reasons though.
