NOD32 2.7 [Beta] Available for Testing

Great software. Never had any problems with it. But I had the hope they would do something with the crude interface in future versions...

Here is Eset Security Suite 3.0's interface from a few months ago:

We won't be seeing 3.0 for a while. There is only 2.7 since 3.0 won't be finished in time for Vista. Meaning it might be hopefully done by Spring next year.

To be honest I don't care what my AV looks like. If they can make 3.0 look like that and not slow it down, at all, then great. But this isn't a media player here, so it's not critical.

No, it's not critical. As I said above, I am a paying NOD32 user for almost 3 years. But since I open the interface of NOD32 only once a month or so I always start searching for the item I want. The usability is near zero. And of course NOD32 should not be slower with a different user interface.

i interesting i wonder if the all in one suit uts very fast and lite like the antivirus, and what kind of firewall is it included.

May I ask where you got the screenshot? Are you a beta tester?
