Anyways, regardless of its copyright standing, I wouldn't recommend you to use this as a primary email no matter how much you enjoy the domain name. For starters, the site's apparently experiencing problems right now, and even their FAQ says Will I see all my e-mails, contacts, and other info a year from now?Probably not.
