I coached in a youth basketball league and rarely used the same drills on a second team. It's just too hard. You have to look at your weaknesses and work on them. Hell, make up drills that will help the situation. One of my teams had issues with rebounding, so I would simply throw a ball off the backboard and expect them to get up and get it.
