They've been known to fix puzzles on the fly when problems come up. They fixed a problem in the Tale of Two Brothers one as well. For what did we use the train before that change? Furthermore, someone mentioned that the 4*9 white boxes form an 6x6 grid. My guess is that the publisher of the train photo saw it and sent Microsoft a note that it was not properly acquired.. or something like that...
