confusio
In the second frame there are chocolates next vazse the ones that are wrappers a bit later. If you look at that frame way to the back on the night stand to your left you will see the chocolate wrapers on the table. Somebody during the pregame even found who makes them !!! :-) What I'm talking about is the flower vase with the three flowers and what seems to be a room service tray, that image is shown for about 75 frames the last few have the dude on the right and a red extension cord on the floor. thequestor
Hi all,GodWi014 posted about a J appering on the /collectionplate page when you copy and paste it, well I have a shot of it on my blog page http://exaggerated-darkness.blogspot.com/ so head over and take a look, I have expanded it in word before taking screen shot as its around 12 point in size. It is a bitmap. Cant see where it comes from but must point someplace - ideas. Hmmm - Just had a thought is it just the way word indicates javascript ? Yes it is how older word/frontpage shows javascript

Panacik
i'm pretty sure the london event is going to involve the portrait gallery, but i can't think of anything to do with earth and the portrait gallery... for all you non-londoners, the national portrait gallery is on trafalgar square, and theres an image of it in the background of the 3rd puzzle box (top right picture). From what i remember the London one has the co-ordinates of Nelsons Column...? BTW if anyone else is attending the London event, do they want to meet up at all? Tracer911
If this is a repeat thought, forgive me.. but has anyone considered the marking on the feathers that come of the white boxes? I've been trying to research it but don't find much.
Tracer911
In the second frame there are chocolates next vazse the ones that are wrappers a bit later. I think the flower in this shot is a "Bird of Paradise" The statue looks a bit more like a horse to me, but if it's indeed a bird, The Blue Heron comes to mind with those long legs. Tha14thSpade
Hello, suspiciously new neowinian(?)(how can i talk), we have seen this poem before and we know that there is some link (even if irrevalent), but many people have already been through this poem if you look back.. Ok, I didn't see it anywhere... and I'm pretty sure I looked through all the posts in this section. Unless there was some previous posting there somewhere that I haven't seen. I don't think it hurt to say it again, maybe a "refresher". Also I researched the last name Kitsune. "Kitsune (狐, Kitsune?)(Pronunciation) (help?info) is the Japanese word for fox. Foxes are a common subject of Japanese folklore. Stories depict them asintelligent beings and as possessing magical abilities >that increase with their age and wisdom. Foremost among these is the ability to assume human form. While some folktales speak of kitsune employing this ability totrick> others." -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitsune wikipedia

Panacik
Great. I'll take my thoughts elsewhere... See you from Space. Right  So because we have been through this already and dont want to go round in circles for the umteenth time you dont want to post here any more. How about instead of getting an attitude about it, you look through the thread first. Then you may see some things you missed and things that may help you get further in the game than you currently are at. At present we seem to have reached a standpoint in the game until we get the next box unlocked next week.
Tha14thSpade
I thought I had read through it all. There's 4 days till the next box opens. Maybe I'll loop back and check it out. Sorry I was a little short, but the guy kinda ticked me off when he said that. How many different threads are you guys after going through? Let me know so I can catch up... Sorry... & Thanks. The Toadster
Guys: I don't know if anyone has been through the FAX enough. She is going from SEA to Las Vegas to LAX to Austin to DEN and back to Seattle. Then she does the flight that got us a phone number in LA. Why is she going around to 4 locations on the 4th, 11th, 18, and 24th? If there is a code in there, my thought is the cities or airports and the date. The rest would be too difficult to organize without help from the airlines. What do you think? Could there be more to it?
dickey500
Hey - I posted back on page 47 about some code hidden in the titles of the boxes. Two people were nice enough to record and post images of the two frames of mystery code. I have no doubt that this is real...two frames of scrambled letters that flash on the titles of boxes 3 and 4. I think this warrants some ideas from people here...much moreso than what type of glasses loki is wearing. I don't think it's a glitch - it's very intentional and I think it means something. The images are on page 47 of this thread. Frame 1 is posted first and frame 2 is posted second. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, click on box 3 or 4. As the titles (memories fade and people disappear) come up, watch for a quick flash...that's what's been recorded and made into images on page 47. Orph
Has anyone discussed the "O's" that appear in the mirrors in the hotel room on the first video "hearthechallenge", they are written on the actual mirrors I think. This has to be deliberate!

Orph
Also I believe the shot of the open book Loki is reading on the bed in the hotel room may contain useful info, I don't think they would show it for no reason. It contains many names and what looks like a family tree.

Arcticwolf
I do not beleive that the type of chocolates, type of watches, or where she is flying to has much to do with the puzzle. These all have 1 thing in common.... the number 4. 4 chocolate wrappers, 4 watches, 4 flights, 4 Boxes (Puzzles to solve). I have a feeling that some of these things were put in to throw people of track. But then again I have been known to be wrong before.
foxykitsune
Loki states that her GPA was "exactly" 3.1416 which is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. Also known as Archimedes' constant. Now Archimedes had many inventions one of which was the "claw of Archimedes". The accounts of ancient historians seem to describe it as a sort of crane equipped with a "grappling hook". Could this be the grappling hook that is being put together by the meta puzzle? The flower a bird of Paradise?
