I was very close on deciding whether to get the 7600gt or the x1650xt within the next two months or so. i really didn't care about dx10 cards beacause i'm not always playing the latest games, but i'll probably wait for the dx10 cards. how much power do they consume anyway? more than the 7900? We are able to confirm at this point of time that GeForce 8600 series will be 128-bit and has 256MB GDDR3 memories onboard. Onto the rumours, We heard there are 2 versions; 8600GT and 8600GS clocked at 650/1800MHz and 550/1400MHz respectively for core and memories.
