There was a bug introduced in our IPB 2.2 upgrade that gave everyone a 2MB upload limit. Prior to that members had 250kb and I am not sure what subscribers had but it was either 1MB or less. That bug has now been fixed. Quick Edit should work. It requires Javascript. Eat your cookies and clear your resolution or whatever it is that you are supposed to do.
