CoolCatBad
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;DisplayLang=en Easily view and change "metadata" properties in digital photographs from within Windows Explorer. When installed, a new "Photo Info" item appears on the context menu for files selected in Windows Explorer. To use, simply select one or more image fiiles, right-click and choose "Photo Info" to open the Photo Info properties editor. You can edit metadata for files individually, or all together as a batch. Photo Info reads and writes metadata in IPTC and XMP formats (depending on file type). It also provides enhanced "hover tips" and additional sort properties for digital photographs in Windows Explorer. Microsoft Photo Info runs on 32-bit versions of Windows XP (with Service Pack 2 or later) and the Windows Vista operating systems. Express
I urge everybody not to install this. Microsoft is breaking their own recommendation by creating a .net based explorer extension. This can break a number of applications if you are not careful. http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost....83&SiteID=1 Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/532126-microsoft-photo-info-10/#findComment-588251429 Share on other sites

suyashs
I haven't seen any problems thus far... I'll uninstall if I run into any trouble. On the other hand, this is probably one of the more useful value added downloads that MS has put out recently.
