Ikaro Posted December 4, 2002 Share Posted December 4, 2002 Hi. I want to set up a smal per2per lan @ home with my rommie. I got 2 network adapters on my computer and both machines are running Xp. I got no problem in connecting the computers and sharing stuff... What i want to do is, give him internet access with a cap of max 10 kb/s (up / down) Anyone got any ideas if thats possible to do with windows xp , and if I need some 3rd program to do that. thx alot. :p Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
