However it should still be atleast 50% faster than say a 7800/7900GT as the 8600Ultra/GT packs quite a punch, which should easily outrun a 7800/7900GT & a 1800/1900XL(?)(ATI has so many variants I don't even bother to keep track). They don't have the specific 8800 GTS card you're talking about, but they do have the 680 MB version. Smokes the 7950GT 512mb in most tests, and almost evens up with the 640mb versions. Wish Nvidia would of released these on day 1, I'd be running these in SLI mode instead of the 640mb. These tests were done in XP for obvious reasons.
