mikey
I normally hibernate my PC overnight because i sleep in the same room, and before I used Vista, this worked perfectly in Windows XP. Now that I have switched to Vista my PC runs through all of the necessary processes of hibernating, but when it comes to turn off (having saved the ram and such) it just restarts itself and loads back into Windows again! This is a problem because my computer only POST's for about half a second, so i have to quickly switch it off if i want the hibernate functionality! Does anyone have this problem and know how to fix it???

Tantawi
I have a similar issue as well, but the system never save anything to the ram, just stuck there forever and never shutdown, I have to hard reboot it.
