Showed IV and under it it said TRAILER with the countdown going. It also had this link: http://www.rockstargames.com/iv You heard a sound with each second going by. But to give Rockstar credit, typically the first ever video of their new GTA titles include a lot of realtime footage (set with music from the period it takes place in).
