New logo, need your input

I like my old logo but as a font, it just does not cut it. I been working on a new logo and just finish it. I still need to work on it because it's too bold. I'm going to thin it out some in a couple of days and will post it. Although I put a lot more work in to my old logo, the new one looks more professional. Going to make a type face out of it. Would really LOVE your input.

Hmmm...there's something with the "ea" (lifEAfter) that is throwing me off..The 'a' just doesn't seem to fit. Some letter thicknesses also look off.

i'd like to see the lifeafter a bit lighter than the 'quickfix', but the 23 as dark as the 'bold'.

I update my logo and thin it out some.

It seems a little fat and untidy... try the old one, but with the 23 like the new ones. I like the typeface of the old one though.

Mainly because the "e" in life and the "a" in after seem more distinctly seperate. You want people to instantly be able to read the name, not have to think about it.

The old one looks better to me, than the new incarnations. I like how the 23 is on the old one.

I'm going trying to get the typeface right. If it does not look right on b/w then putting color will not go. If it does not work in b/w then it should not be made at all.
