Must have been a slow day!

What is the deal over a logo?

B.T.W. on your next slow day check out Windows Media Player and the about window in Vista Notepad. Horror of horrors, they both have the Windows logo in them!!! Perhaps because they are Windows products?

Perhaps we need an extra long thread to get to the bottom of it :-)

And in other news....

Apple is still using the 'bitten apple' logo, popularized in the 1980's, albiet modified. Apple's logo has changed from its original rainbow-striped image to what is now arguably dichromatic: a "white apple surrounded by whatever other color is there". We can only assume this has happened in order to distance Apple from the stereotypical gay / lesbian connotation a rainbow has garnered over the past decade or so in favor of a "white" / "whatever else" color scheme.
