Obi-Wan Kenobi
sorry guys...I quit folding when they removed it from the ps3. None of my computers are strong enough to handle the load. The machine I'm typing from, which is my "beast", has an ATI HD3650 AGP, 512MB. That's the best I have. Sorry to let you guys down. My PS3 was rockin' it though. Still sad that they dropped it on the PSN.....I'll try to do better, I need to upgrade....I know. crazzy88ss
Ashpowell, not really sure. Wish I could help. Obi-wan, don't wanna do CPU folding? I only do it w/ my CPU. xirtam
Scaling back a bit, disabled 1 GPU to reduce heat and noise. So will be down from 45k/day to about 28k/day. crazzy88ss
Can you run it at 50%? I dunno if you can do that on the GUPs. Looks like we've stabilized over the last few weeks! xirtam
Yeah seem to have stablized abit alright. I actuall just paused one GPU instead of disabling it by removing a Folding Slot :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/548246-join-neowin-foldinghome-group/page/25/#findComment-595772796 Share on other sites

crazzy88ss
thanks guys! My spike in points was because I hooked up a bunch of computers at work that weren't used by anybody. I've since switched jobs, and they've been coming off line as power outages and shufflings happen at the old company. The computer I use at my new job is an Intel Pentium... lol :'( Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/548246-join-neowin-foldinghome-group/page/25/#findComment-595969103 Share on other sites

I might look into doing it when I have finished building my new rig, (this one is only a dual core Athlon and will struggle if I was to add mine <something I'll have to be shown how to do once it's running>) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/548246-join-neowin-foldinghome-group/page/25/#findComment-595998743 Share on other sites

The ps3 is currently the most efficient folding machine.
