karma_police
Hi, I have an Intel Pro Wireless 2100 3A card in my notebook and I wan't to know if it supports WPA or not, I am running Windows XP and when I want to choose the encryption method I only get WEP. I have another notebook with almost the same card (2100 3B) and in Windows Vista and Linux I can choose WEP/WPA/WPA2. Do I have to install anything to enable WPA on my card? According to the latest drivers from Dell WPA should be available: Quote Release Highlights: 1) Support for WPA-2, CCXv2 2) Support for EAP-FAST, Soft-AES 3) Support for Smart Cards 4) Support for Single Sign On (SSO) with PEAP-MSCHAPv2 5) Resolves issue with mandatory AP functionality in Windows 2000. 6) Resolves TLS reauthentication timing issue. 7) Miscellaneous localization corrections.
