Well, here are some new shots of the setup at my house.

I ended up ditching the G3 that some of you may remember. I picked up both a 400 MHz and an 800 MHz G4 last week, plus you can see my brand new MacBook Pro 15.4 on the left of the desk. The 400 is running 10.4.9 Server and the 800 is running 10.4.9 client.

I have since ditched my 21" CRT and bought dual flat panels. I also retired a file server and I am running 5 500GB drives off my single file server. There is redundancy and backups on a constant basis, and my power bill is finally under 200$ every month.

All in all, I would say I am well on my way to perpetual Zen in my home office :)

In top left, is that a screensaver if so which one is it because i would like to try it (looks niceish)

Big is beautiful.

Whats that firefox sign in the Top left corner of the image?

I've posted this a few times over the last couple of years. Not really a lot has changed in the setup... but I did move to this new house in 2006. :)

The floor originally in this room was dark green carpet, but last summer we laid down cherry hardwood flooring. Really brightens it up when the sun comes out. :)

PC you see is the one that's in the signature. :)

I used to have 3 other systems hooked up on top of the storage cabinet, but I've since relocated them throughout the house (server went into it's own closet, 2 other workstations are upstairs).

Workstation: O'Sullivan Intelligent Design's Work Centre, Satin Cherry

Workstation from the other side of the room. Mind the mess of cabling please. :)

Workstation from the left side... looking back towards the window and the television. (I've got my big screen upstairs. Thank god for long component video cables).

LG 50" Plasma (directly upstairs, but I include it as it's hooked up via Component out from the GF8800 GTX for 720p big-screen gaming)

I really like your setup. I saw your shots last time you posted them and I admired it then.

Your flat panels rock, also. I'm hoping to do something similar, swapping out dual 18" CRTs.

Keep on bein' cool!

This is my room... not much has changed really....

Everything.... inc. TV.

I'm in the middle of a schoolwork crunch, hence the messiness. The spring cleaning starts most likely the friday after finals..

Anyways, You see one of my two laptops and my deskto pthere. Not shown are my second laptop that has Linux on it, and if you notice the two sets of speakers, the ones closest to the 19" LCD monitor are hooked to the computer (Altec Lansing 2.1), and the Klipsch on the corners of the desk is hooked up to my iPod.

Things will constantly be changing here... I'll post up cleaner shots when I get this desk reorganized...
