olympusxp
Well, since I got my router hooked up earlier today I cannot get onto my company's FTP server anymore. It requires that I use IDENT and part of my I.P. address to get onto the FTP server (security reasons). It's a D-Link DI-614+ router. I'm using FlashFXP as the program. If anyone has any idea on how to get ident working again please respond. Thanks

Thanks you need to forward the IDENT port number to the IPaddress of you computer.
olympusxp
Do you know exactly where I can do this in my D-link router? I've seen forwarding in the Linksys routers but theres no such page in the d-link area, so I'm guessing they call it something else.
olympusxp
Nevermind, I found out where you go. For future references, you can do the same thing as Port Forwarding via the Virtual Server option under "Advanced".
