Oh he is running Vista as you can see but that should be no problem as the computer and McAfee came with it. He's just updated from Vista Basic to Premium do you think thats what the message is about? Anyway, he's come to the conclusion that he wants to reinstall but he wants to know his serial number. It was bundled with his Dell computer and they didnt provide the serial number. So is there anything he can do before he reinstall's? If not, where would he be able to find his serial number for when he reinstall's it? Basically what I think is, by the look of things McAfee didnt like Premium being installed and he needs to reinstall McAfee right? But where does he get his serial number from?
