Steven Moffat has confirmed in this months Doctor Who Magazine that Season 6 will start in 1960's America, and we will be visiting the Oval Office in the White House, Washington.

"The Doctor has visited every weird and wonderful planet you can imagine, so he was bound to get round to America eventually!" said Moffat. "And of course every Doctor Who fan will be jumping up and down and saying he's been in America before. But not for real, not on location, and not with a story like this one!"

The Doctor will face a clone of himself in an upcoming episode of Doctor Who.

That?s according to Unreality TV who report that:

?An army of monsters from outer space will make a carbon copy of the handsome doctor ? who is played by Matt Smith ? as they invade Earth.

?However, the Time Lord will only discover the clone when he comes face to face with himself as he investigates the alien invasion, and tries to foil the extra-terrestrial beings? plans to take over the world.

?His companions Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill) also become confused when they can?t work out which is the real doctor and which is his double, and who they should be taking instructions from.?

The grandmaster himself, Steven Moffat, has been teasing away again, this time in the Radio Times and this is what he had to say about Series 6: ?Silence will Fall! At long last River Song will introduce herself. The true nature of the relationship between Amy Pond and her Doctor will be revealed. And, most importantly, a good man will die ? a good man, and a hero to many.?

This would appear to go back to Flesh and Stone when River Song said she killed ?a good man?the best i?ve ever known?.

So who is good and a hero to many? The most obvious would be the Doctor, but as we all know with Steven Moffat the real answer will probably be something more clever that that.

However, if the Doctor was to somehow die, it would make for the big cliffhanger we?ve been promised. We all know he?d be back, but it would get us all talking during the break.

Sorry to go against everyone but Im already bored of Moffats obsessions with everything being a fairytale. The doctors life was never a fairytale and it bugs me that we are getting these stories that look like they came from Narnia.
