Stephen Riley
Who do you think will end up being number one? Mika Kippursoft will be the best goaltender in the 07-08 season. Quote me. mikebiacsi
I would like to see Peter Budaj claim top goalie for 07-08, but thats not likely to happen. Im gonna say Roberto Luongo will be the number one goalie this year. Stephen Riley
I liked Lulongo until last year. He shows to much confidence now and overplays the puck. (Nice user tile lol) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/592558-nhl-early-goaltending-assumptions/#findComment-588913927 Share on other sites
xpablo
Louongo has let in 10 goals in just 3 games, pretty pathetic for a goalie who makes $6m / yr. But it' still too soon too see who's the best goalie, maybe Lou will bounce back, I'm skeptical though. Dominique Hasik so far the best ..... ??? gigapixels Veteran Posted October 12, 2007 Veteran Share Posted October 12, 2007 I like Budaj, especially because I'm an Avs fan, but I don't know if he'll be the best of the season. Slane
Mika Kippursoft will be the best goaltender in the 07-08 season. Quote me. As a flames fan I sure as hell hope so, but that mistake he made in the Detriot game was pretty stupid. mikebiacsi
Umm hello, Marty Brodeur. He always puts on a good show. He is indeed a very good goalie, but i don't think he will have the kind of season he had last year. bayrider
Kipper has fallen off since going to the finals against Detroit. By fallen off, I don't mean on a Jose Theodore level, but his numbers haven't been as great. Backstrom and Lundqvist are going to be fighting for #1, with Nabokov trailing behind me thinks.
