I seem to remember this was THE place for Windows news during one of the betas, maybe XP beta. But I'm almost certain that's how I got onto Neowin, because it made sense, New Windows - or at least that's how I read it. Has Neowin been around that long? I was trying everything including Wikipedia to actually see if anyone's written a bio of the site.
