The top of the update window is cut off by the title-banner of the weather window, and the banner clearly casts its shadow over the update. Now, unless they're absurdly (highly unlikley) using Windows-api based compositing to produce the weather display, I don't see how the firefox window could get under elements of the weather display. Hey, it could happen, but this is a fake.
