0 DjmUK
Only a developer edition of Outlook XP can receive any attachments. Saying this, I did see a patch once somewhere that can il-legally c.r.a.c.k. it...but i'm not sure where that is...sorry. 0 SPaCe
you need to get a nifty little utility called Attachment Options, a small com add in that puts an extra tab in your Tools > Options menu and you can pick or choose which attachments to block download: http://www.slipstick.com/files/attopt2.zip enjoy!! read the review here http://www.zdnet.com/products/stories/revi...2764650,00.html oh yeah... only works with Office XP!!! 0 Teflon
That's not completely true. There is a simple reg entry that will fix this. Add/Edit the Level1Rmove key in [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice10.0Outlook] and put in all the file extensions that you want outlook NOT to block seperated by commas. (i.e. exe;bat;com;...etc) or you can just import the reg file that I attached. This will unblock all the extensions that outlook blocks.
