It'll let you down when compared to a 8800GT lol....

For ?137 you can't go wrong. I've just ordered mine and, at ?40 cheaper than 8800GT, I don't care if I only get 110FPS in Quake compared to 12:):)

I just bought the eVGA 8800GT 512MB "Superclocked" for $285 on ClubIT.com. It was the only place I found that had it for a reasonable price. I would have been fine with the normal $260 one, but no place had it in stock and I got tired of waiting. Just like I'm going to hate waiting for it to ship (West Coast to East Coast takes forever).

i paid $400 dollars AUD . trust me. its a good card. only reason why nvidia is running so well is that the sponsors are supporting them and they are. via Game Developers. but next year. if the new nvidia cards. 9 series. i might buy that haha. unless ati can prove me once again.
