The "snow" is a DreamScene (a free one surprisingly), and you can customize everything about the snow, the size of the flakes, how they fall, how they collect and melt on your task bar tray.. etc. On top of that you can choose a custom background (the weeping willow I've chosen). It's probably my favorite desktop of last year, and I'm very happy to present it as my first one for this year. Cool factoid: The time it was taken (01/17) is my birthday. :D Enjoy!
