Mac sales up over 40 percent year-over-year

Recommended Posts

I used Windows for about 10 years until last year when I got a Mac and I'm honestly more productive on it.
Same here. I got my first Mac in Fall of 2005 after being a Windows user for more than 10 years (I still use Windows in certain situations (i.e. gaming, etc.)), and the first time my system crashed was when I got the new iMac (the latest one) and that was due to a firmware issue that Apple quickly resolved with an update. So in two years of using Mac, I've only had 1 crash with two different Macs. I think that's pretty good compared to Windows.

I couldnt move to Mac 100% cause i know Windows way too good, i can resolve problems that show up here, with mac i would be stuck looking for the answear.

And if i need to replace a parte, i do it myself and i detect hardware problems too, so unless im in a IMAGE and DESIGN business or thing, i dont need a MAC, just like i said to be a good multimedia secundary machine, but just that.

I love some things in Mac computers, like a little slap on the side you can change the OS your using or start a task, i think in little details of course MAC owns, but in a more praticle and universal way, i wouldnt use MAC on daily basis.

Cheerz

Not bad. I haven't had Windows crash on me since 2005 when I switched to XP x64 and then to Vista x64 :p

Yeah I haven't had any crashes (other than the usual app crash because someone didn't code something correctly) since I switched to Vista x64. But the 32-bit version of Vista crashes on a regular basis.
