They should have booked Lawler to win at WrestleMania (well, that did sort of happen, but then the GM reversed it) and then bumped Cole off RAW and SmackDown. He doesn't care about the fact that Extreme Rules will have no blood in it. He did say in the meeting too that he might put up an offer to buy TNA... The PPV was first called ECW: Extreme Rules, yes - and that was to capitalize on the ECW DVD sales. That was 2006. RVD beat Cena for the WWE title. However, after that it was just Extreme Rules.
