I've been watching as much as I can stand. And that usually doesn't turn out to be much, since any time anyone talks, its like listening to 3 year olds argue over a toy. And anything 'backstage' is unwatchable. This giant angle with Gut Check and Al Snow they've been working with Joey Ryan just proves he needs to work on mic skills, and having a 'fight' between your world champion and a guy that we don't even have a name for is blatantly bad business.

Also, Jeff Hardy is the most overrated wrestler in either company.

Hell, beardy man is a damn good wrestler, when he's not talking like a nutjob. (You guys should know who I mean)

Took me a little while to get it, as he's been off TV for quite a while, and only just returned very recently...

If it turns out that Rock puts Cena over at WM 29, then the whole thing will actually make sense that Cena lost at 28.

Yeah but will it be for the strap?

Yuk, it looks like Rock is trying to make out with Cena in those pics. Especially the 2nd one, looks like he's nibbling on his ear LOL

And yes, beardy man is Eric Young :) also known as Steroid Man these days...

Of course. Rock beats Punk at RR. Cena wins RR match. I could see a Rock/Punk rematch at Elimination Chamber. But I could also see Rock not defending the title at all between RR and WM. Then you have Rock/Cena II at WM 29.

Seriously, if they have Rock win the title at RR and then defend it at WM, that's moronic. You are talking about a near 4 month period with (almost guaranteed) no world title defenses let alone your champion on TV every week? I mean come on. I know they (maybe) want Rock vs. Cena for the strap at WM, but at least let Rock win it at Elimination Chamber or something. Maybe on a RAW 2 weeks before WM or something.

Also, Rock even winning the title at this point is stupid and doesn't make any sense. The only sense it makes is for a ONE OFF at WM so Cena can beat him for it. And even then, I'd rather Rock go up against Punk or even Bryan instead of Cena. Not that Cena doesn't deserve his win against the Rock mind you, it's just why again?

Oh, Rock is winning the title at RR. That's 100% for sure. And I don't know how you got 4 months... RR is Jan 27, WM is April 7. 2 months 10 days between them. There isn't a March PPV, so it's only one title defense that you're missing. Yes the 30 day rule is going to be ignored, but its not the first time.

As far as it making sense, the only sense that needs to be made is that Vince loves to be on the Rock's jock.

Also, Rocks appearances will be few and far between because of him promoting GI Joe. But that won't matter, because they can tape him standing on hills.

During the tag team match between Kane & Daniel Bryan and The Prime Time Players tonight on Raw, viewers may have noticed members of the audience and WWE production team staring toward the commentary booth, as well as the absence of Jerry ?The King? Lawler?s voice. WWE.com has learned that the WWE Hall of Famer collapsed at the announcers' table and was tended to in the locker room area by WWE medical staff. Lawler was then taken from the arena to a medical facility in Montreal.

Just to add to the Jerry Lawler situation for those who didn't catch it during Raw...

-During the tag match in the ring, Lawler was doing commentary as normal. No sign of any issues with his commentary with about two minutes left in the second hour of Raw. Then his commentary stopped.

-The camera angle showed Lawler bent over in his chair as someone at ringside was tending to him. He seemed to perhaps be heaving or struggling but was moving and conscious, it seemed.

-The crowd began to notice and stand up with a look of concern. Someone at ringside ran to the back. Charles Robinson, the ref, noticed and looked distressed. Titus O'Neil motioned with his hand for help to come quickly.

-The next camera angle two minutes later that showed a glimpse of ringside showed the tech's head behind the desk, but Lawler apparently on the ground behind the desk. The crowd slowly became more aware of the issue with Lawler's health. Cole continued to do commentary, but seemed concerned.

-The tag match continued to its conclusion five minutes after Lawler went silent. They cut to a long commercial break.

-Then at 10:17 p.m. they went to Cole at ringside who looked very shaken up. He could barely speak as he said it was "not part of tonight's entertainment." He said they are performing CPR backstage. His demeanor suggested this is a very, very serious situation.

Michael Cole updated us on the situation with Jerry "the King" Lawler, saying that he had been taken to the nearest medical facility, and that he was breathing on his own.

In addition, there will be no more commentary for the remainder of tonight's Monday Night Raw, as Cole looked extremely shaken up, but live reports say that he is remaining at the table to provide further updates as they become available.

UPDATE: Michael Cole recently updated the situation, saying Lawler was "responsive" to medical testing, and currently awaits a CT Scan. This should be seen as a good sign, but we will continue updating his condition as news becomes available to us.

UPDATE #2: Michael Cole gave us one final update on the condition of Jerry Lawler as Raw was going off the air. The King has "stabilized", his heart is pumping on its own, and he is breathing on his own. He remains responsive to medical testing. WWE.com will be providing a follow-up to this incident as they get information.

^^ That's the latest update from Wrestlezone, I'll keep a look out for anything new as the night wears on. Since it's only just after RAW went off the air, I don't know when we will get an update on Jerry again. I assume someone will update everyone over Twitter or release a statement at some point. I certainly hope Jerry is OK, and nothing horrible happened/happens with this situation. Michael Cole was extremely upset and shaken up as I think anyone could see. Some of the audience members behind him were trying to help him out at some point it looked like (saying everything will be alright, that sort of thing).

As Monday Night Raw went off the air, Michael Cole announced they had received word that Lawler's condition had "stabilized" and that they were told he was breathing on his own and that his heart was beating on its own.

Cole repeated that Lawler was waiting to undergo a CT Scan on his head and chest and directed fans to the WWE website for additional updates.

According to sources, Lawler had flown to Montreal after working weekend independent shots in Aruba, so he had a long day of travel before working TV tonight. Whether that was a factor remains to be seen.

A ringside fan report that Lawler sounded as if he began snoring right before he collapsed. Prior to that, he communicated with a ringside employee, possibly to warn them something was wrong. Lawler grabbed his arm and turned "blue-ish" as he fell, signs of a heart attack. Note that WWE has not publicly stated what the situation is beyond that Lawler was receiving CPR.

EMTs were on the scene immediately, as were WWE medical personnel. They immediately ripped his shirt open and began administering medical assistance. A group of responders lifted Lawler to a stretcher, where he was rushed backstage and worked on before being transported via ambulance to a hospital. The ringside fan who emailed us stated that WWE officials directed the EMTs to get Lawler backstage and away from the crowd.

After Lawler was removed, the WWE ring crew frantically cleaned up the ringside area as it appeared Lawler may have gotten sick before or after he fell.

As you can imagine, the entire roster was pretty shaken up by the situation. Everyone is hopeful for the best, obviously.

WWE.com has updated its breaking news story on Jerry Lawler by issuing the following statement:

Jerry ?The King? Lawler suffered a heart attack while commentating during last night?s broadcast of Monday Night Raw in Montreal. We are hopeful Jerry makes a full recovery and returns to WWE in the near future. Our thoughts are with Jerry and his family.

I'm sure we saw Lawler's last WWE match last night. He might still have indy matches, but no chance WWE would ever take the chance and use him again.

That said, a match with him, Orton, Ziggler, and Punk as his last match is not bad. Could be much worse. Like him vs Cole.

Cole's background as a 'real' journalist certainly helped him last night, even though he sucks normally.
