The problem with Hogan is, yes he still is "Hulk Hogan" but would his body hold up for an entire match at Wrestlemania? At least Lesnar and The Rock are still fit and healthy and can put on good matches still. Hogan i don't think could. So i think he is better off sticking with TNA where they don't expect much from him.

Plus where he has been on TNA for a while now. Is he still that big of a draw? I know i personally could care less to see him at Wrestlemania. I'd rather see Goldberg!

The best thing for Hogan to do would be to realize he is no longer needed in the wrestling world, neither his his slutty daughter. I use to like TNA back in 2006-2007 and then as usual when Bishoff and Hogan come to down the turn it into a pile o ######.

What exactly makes his daughter slutty? I mean, terrible actor, terrible singer, I agree 100%.

Well thankfully Brooke got kicked out earlier this year. Don't know why I thought Hulk would actually leave when his contract ran out; he (sadly) is the main reason TNA has their deal with Spike TV, and why some people have even heard of TNA. Annoyingly, he's still a household name in the wrestling world, so he still has leverage. Normal service shall resume at TNA then: Hogan gets one of the biggest salaries in the company, and TNA will offload some of their actual talent so they can afford to pay him. :/

What if Spike is paying Hogan's contract?

Thing is Hogan doesn't have a full match in him anymore, and he is not even any good on the mic these days. He stumbles over himself and sometimes seems surprised himself that he made it out there.

If they want an on-screen personality that doesn't necessarily wrestle they should stump up the cash for someone like Steve Austin to have a run as 'manager'.  He is far far better on the mic and would draw a much bigger crowd.  Whilst Hogan is more of a household name, for the people that would actually pay money to go see a wrestling show I reckon Austin would draw a bigger crowd.

I personally think when Hogan did storylines with his HOF ring in TNA, he crossed a line where Vince will have been too ****ed off to bring him back properly.

Good point. I forgot about that storyline, obviously for a good reason.

Yeah but WWE offered Hogan a deal, so obviously Vince doesn't care, or hold a grudge for that storyline. Plus, Vince will do what's best for business (sorta common theme these days lol) and if he can get a good PPV buyrate out of Hogan once or twice, you better believe he'll do it. So, if and when Hogan resigns with TNA, I guess we'll have to wait another year or two or three until something like that happens. By then of course, Hogan will literally be unable to work. He could probably get away with a tag match - maybe these days. I doubt very much he could do a singles match against anyone and be able to do anything worth a damn.

Hello,

LOC, spolier tags would be really nice! Some of us live in other time zones and we havent seen RAW yet! :( But no hard feelings....

Don't read the thread if you aren't up to date. We've never used spoiler tags (aired in the US is the neowin policy anyway - so anything on a taped show before it airs gets them, live does not) and I'm not going to start now.

Yeah, sorry about the spoiler, but this is literally the only thread where spoilers are a non-starter since it's all based on the US airings. Sorry sirs :(

In any event, I'm really happy for Dustin Rhodes. He deserves this run, whether it's his last or not. I would have loved to see him win world championship gold, but that's pretty unlikely obviously. But the man can go, he can act amazingly well and he's great on the stick. Thus, he's awesome. Also, they should let him use shattered dreams again. What exactly is the big deal when you have Del Rio or Orton etc low blowing guys in the balls anyways? Doesn't make sense on that one :|

I second this with an extension: stay off the social networks too. With all the wrestling related pages I (and Rappy too) like on Facebook and follow on Twitter it's very easy to have the show spoilt.

The Rhodes vs Shield tag title match was the best tag title match in a very LONG time.  I would love to see a long program between those teams trading the belts back and forth every few months.  Golddust is absolutely brilliant in the ring.  In his first run I was too young to truly appreciate what he could really do.  I would pay big money to see Golddust hold the WWE title or WHC for a good 6 months.  He more than deserves it.
