MightyJordan Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Ring of Honor announced last night that Cliff Compton had been pulled from the event in Atlanta due to a medical emergency upon arriving to the arena for the show. According to PWInsider.com, Compton suffered a seizure when he got to the arena, which is why he was pulled from the show. MightyJordan Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 TNA has been advised by the Gulfport, Florida Police Department that Thomas Latimer, known as Bram, has been arrested and charged with two felony counts of domestic battery and false imprisonment. TNA is working to gather facts and obtain additional information related to the arrest. “The charges against Thomas Latimer are serious, and he is immediately and indefinitely suspended from any future TNA-sanctioned events awaiting the outcome of the case,” said TNA Executive Vice President of Television and Talent John Gaburick. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office booked Bram on two felony charges; one for domestic battery by strangulation, and another for false imprisonment. Both men must now pass WWE’s medical physicals, as is customary with all new talent joining the company. Both men have competed for EVOLVE, one of the promotions under the WWN banner. WWN officials met with WWE officials at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn and the two companies have been rumored to be working together over the past several months. Swann (24) has been wrestling since 2009 and started with CZW before moving to EVOLVE and Dragon Gate USA later on. He’s a former Open the Owarai Gate Champion, Open the Triangle Gate Champion and Open the United Gate Champion. Busick (29) also started with CZW back in 2012 and is a former CZW Heavyweight Champion. He’s wrestled EVOLVE and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), among others. He was trained by former WWE and WCW star Lance Storm. Medics were called to the scene at 5055 Forsyth Commerce Road, the address for the WWE Performance Center, around 1:45 p.m. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the facility for a trespassing call. Investigators said and there was some sort of altercation, and the deputy felt he needed to draw his weapon and fire. Sarita, real name Sarah Stock, is headed to developmental, but will actually be signed as a coach, not an active competitor. It was noted in the past that she had worked as a guest trainer for WWE a few times this year, and she’s likely not going to be brought up to WWE as an active wrestler at 36 years old. Stock had announced last week she was leaving CMLL Mexico, and it was speculated she may sign with WWE. She will still work the September 18th CMLL ’82nd Anniversary’ event, but said during an interview she came into some new ventures, most likely hinting then at going to work for WWE. Stock was a two-time TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion, and worked for nearly ten years with CMLL as Dark Angel, in addition to appearing with SHIMMER. I'm a huge Sting fan and i almost wanted to puke when i heard all that. Not only did he cheat and had DX come out and help...but he used a sledgehammer.... shake his hand?
