They seriously need to reprogram him to avoid head injury/minimize his risk of recurrence in the future. He's been given a second lease on his in-ring career and needs to be careful. Apparently hes going to get impact tested after every match, so that might make him be more careful. But its important to note that the tests came back better than average. The main event for Smackdown Live on that date was also advertised on the video screen after. So that it can't play off as a WCW guy inducting a WCW guy into the WWE HOF. Vince doesn't like how that looks.
