He hasn't quite clicked as a heel, and the whole Gallus stable is pretty meh. Not the individuals, though (Wolfgang, for example, had a good heel run as ICW world champion). Joe definitely works better as a face, even when he's up against one of the biggest babyfaces around... They're definitely gonna try and make an impact at Takeover Blackpool, but I reckon it'll be through Toni Storm dethroning Rhea Ripley (who is a bonza heel, by the way; she has a hell of a career ahead of her). I haven't seen much of her, but her English seems alright and she certainly can "act" as it were. Plus, she's awesome in the ring. I hope when they call her up to the main roster they don't screw her up like they have with Asuka (even if she is the champ right now). Personally I'd love to see a match between Sane and Asuka. Since they both come from Japanese wrestling work - I think they would be incredible in the ring together in WWE. But, WWE will just screw it up probably. Oh and Beth Phoenix still looks amazing and should still be wrestling. Such an underappreciated worker who was in WWE at the wrong time. Imagine the matches we'd have right now if she wrestled. I mean, I wouldn't put it past WWE to do a swerve of course, but there's a lot going on right now for the PPV, so a Cena surprise on the day they said he couldn't wrestle just doesn't make much sense in the end.
