New Nokia N95 firmware released: 21.0.016

Thanks,

Well I'm paying insurance on it, so I guess if it came to it I just smash it and say it was some tragic accident haha.

So is there any way possible that changing my product code could hurt my phone?

I got mine today.. a nice black one, but it had firmware 10.x.x.x and omg that firmware sucked ass.

Wifi was so slow with it. I'm up to the latest one on the website now and it is nice and fast.

Now to update to this 21.x one, how safe is it to change the product code etc?

Discussing that would be bordering on the rules here. Circumvention.

It's safe, but do some research first. myn95.com will be able to help you. You might lose connectivity with the net via you're provider, so just be careful. It won't ruin the phone though.

Wonder if this one removes the awful compression on the camera or at least improve it. I'll update mine a bit later... i've only just managed to get rotateme signed :p

Haven't updated for a while, but does it still drain the battery. It used to be a shocker!
