WS_FTP Server Install Error

I have attached a couple pics. When I go to install the server I keep the default setting of using PostgreSQL rather than SQL. I have typed in current AD accounts (not that it should matter, it has no connection to AD) and tried making up a totally new account. Either way it gives me the warning that the account could not be found. Right after that warning I get the long listed error which I pased a pic of as well.

Just looking to see if anyone has run into this. I have not had any luck finding any resolutions online so far.

I jsut now found out my business partner tried to install it through remote desktop before I had the change to do it on site. Not sure if that would contribute to the problem but thought it would be worth mentioning.
