Mess around with the colours a little more, I like the idea, but something about the current gradient colours is a little off. I did the blue tint on purpose so that it looks shiny and make it look like it's reflecting a bit of the frame colors. The shadows on the frame should look similar to each other. The text almost has the same color blue as the Windows flag. I tried a brighter one but it didn't look nice IMO. It becomes a lot brighter when it's hovered. @Krokus: I started that start button yesterday so I don't know yet.
