@The people that are guessing what SE might mean: I'm not going to give you the answer yet so guess further

@tsupersonic: Because it's it's not as dark as you hoped? Honestly, if I'd make it darker it would just be a black version that has been washed more often then Washed Black.

There's no way to make the text black? On the default Luna skin (silver one), the clock is in black text...

Whoo! Silver looks great. For the record, I use an LCD and have no problems reading anything.

Also, my shellstyle addon pack has been updated! Check out the thread and the dA page!

It all has to do with your settings tsupersonic. I tried the black text in a beta last year and it didn't look nice at all. I'm sorry that you can't use Silver. The white text fits a lot more.

I'm sorry that not everyone can use this theme because of this issue. But I'm not going to make another Silver version which is darker or which has black text.

i used a modified watercolor on xp for YEARS, never finding one to replace it. i recently get a new comp with vista on it, and NOW you release an awesome theme that i know would have replaced it! DAAAAAAAMN IT

Well I would change the settings if I could, but on a laptop, I'm limited to brightness. I changed the brightness to a lower level, doesn't help... Looks so good, but if I can't read the damn clock, then I'm not going to use the skin.

Thanks anyway.

^You can always use one of the other skins. If you are desperate and you REALLY want to use it then you can ask someone if he/she can mod the white fonts to a black font.

@jesse: Several people tried to make a port but it had bugs. No idea if someone's making a serious port atm.

tsupersonic, couldn't you try using LClock and customizing it so you can clearly see the clock's text? It's an awesome addon, anyway. I suggest you try it.

Woo, and Silver looks good. Thanks, again. But Blue SE has made me curious :)

Thanks, I know about Lclock and other clock utilities like Atomic alarm clock.

I'll go try silver on an LCD I have lying around. Unfortunately all the computers I have in my home are all laptops.

@capricorn, you give me permission to change the white fonts to a black one?

It's been a long time since I messed with creating visual styles. :D

I can't believe no one guessed Second Edition yet.

Is it Smelly Edition? For people with scratch and sniff-capable LCD's? Make it smell like blueberries if you can.

It's not something typical like Second Edition of Special Edition, is it?

Or does it link back to anything in the original watercolor at all?

@capricorn, you give me permission to change the white fonts to a black one?

You can change it all you want; you just can't release it.

Blue SE? No idea if that was there before, hm... ;)

What could SE stand for... Special Edition? Superman Edition? Shiny electronics? :p

Yea, a Special addition with a "Making Of..." Featurette and exclusive art cards.

@tsupersonic: It's a mod for personal use right? I didn't say that you could release it ;)

Guess more about SE :p Who knows if it's already been guessed..

@cap, of course, all I'd change is the font color, other than that, I don't see anything to change. I wouldn't release it

Fired up style builder. First time in ages. Now I need to find what I need to change. Help? Please lol

Search for all the font settings in Stylebuilder and change the color text from 255 255 255 to 0 0 0.

Woot, got it, all I had to change was Taskbar -> TrayNotify -> Clock and changed the font color.

Great work on WE Silver, Capric0rn! No complaints about the font colors here. +fav'ed on dA.

Ergo Blue is still my favorite though.

Lol, the clock on the silver looks just as bad on an LCD monitor. I was like I'll take a screenshot to show these guys, but then I realized it won't work lol.

I can agree with that...It will be another Washed Black version, not silver :p

And do you have any idea of making a version of warm colours, such as red or orange, when the Olive and Blue SE are done?

@Capric0rn: Mind if I go ahead and release the Silver launchy skin (screenshot attached)?

Also, Launchy supports alpha blending, what are your thoughts on possible alternate versions with a slight bit of frame transparency?
