So I installed this theme, I restarted and the tango theme was still there. RC3 is mostly used by "computer enthusiasts" and you'd be surprised at how many people haven't tried any of the FF3.0 betas or release candidates. Besides that, there aren't supposed to be any changes between RC and Final, unless there are bugs. There haven't been any bugs so far.
