can't edit....don't know why...

i just wanted to add that now i've tried replacing $fileexists with $findfile, but i'm getting mixed results.

some covers load, some don't..

the ones that load on the colored thumbnail in the playlist, don't do it in the playlist background, but do in the left panel one.

o_0?

looks like the post can't be edited if some time has passed...

well, i found an equivalent to my first code:

$puts(cover.path,
$if3($findfile($replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,folder.jpg)),
$findfile($replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,front.jpg)),
$findfile($replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,*.jpg)),
$findfile($replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,*.bmp))
)
)

Now the covers show up in the playlist, but looks like the wildcards won't work with the album list panel view... well better than nothing..

Another thing that i'd like to know, is where/how the config checks for various artists albums and singles..

so is it possible to skip the "click start" page?

  • 3 weeks later...

I am curious if there is anyway that I can get the ELPlaylist in the right panel to be static on a specified playlist. I have changed the Album List panel on the left to have filters and an NG playlist. I would like to have the ELPlaylist be more like a "Now Playing" type list, and so I can drag things from the NG playlist on the left to the ELPlaylist on the right. I hope that all makes sense.

why all is black

Go to: Preferences --> Display --> Columns UI --> Colours and Fonts

In the "Element"-dropdown, choose "Album List"

In the "Mode"-dropdown, choose "Custom"

Now change colors below as you like it.
