You don't really need it, but it doesn't really do anything if you have it, unless maybe a little better Messenger hiccup recovery. DaViD_BRaNDoN Posted September 25, 2008 Share Posted September 25, 2008 I downloaded and installed "Mail.msi" over existing Windows Live Mail V12 but I can't start Windows Live Mail V14. It gave this error: Windows Live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory (0x80040154, 1008) Uninstalling, reinstalling and repairing still gives the same error upon statup.
