It was a mistake made in the heat of the campaign. This is a woman that schooled the media on the workings of the U.S. government. Hell, she schooled a good chunk Congress on this one. She stated that she wanted to work with Congress on helping with legislature creating good policy and help in the decision making process. Instantly the media and the Dems ran with the headline of how she doesn't have the ability to make policies, just like the President can't vote on bills. Here's the kicker. If the Senate would have stayed closer to 50-50 in membership, and a vote would have been 50% for a bill and 50% against, the deciding vote goes to the Vice President of the United States. She has more say in that situation than the President. Funny how dumb she is, yet she knew this part of the intricacies of the workings of the U.S. government. Dems and the media didn't. She is definitely not dumb. Stick to the cartoons and leave the media commentary out of this thread.
