Expert made it ridiculously easy for Infected to win (A hunter could kill a full health player in a few seconds), and Easy made it really easy for survivors to win. Anyhoo, got Zombicidal Maniac at last. Took me and a friend about 1 and 1/2 hours to do, took three retries of No Mercy's finale. At which point it gave me the achievement, but my friend got nothing. So it's not 100% ruled out, but I don't think it's too likely any time soon/at all. I played through all the campaigns in SP on normal before I played it online so I knew where to go etc. On Advanced/Expert you definitely want to be playing with a group of good players rather than the AI.
