I already exceeded my monthly bandwidth limit and I can't even imagine downloading ~15GB of data. My ISP will smite me into oblivion if I do, haha. I can't wait to play online. It'll be crazy! Already got it on PS3 (and got my key to the city from R* ;)), but the PC will look nicer, and I'd probably play it online more with a mouse and keyboard. However, I think I'll be getting LBP (eventually!) first. Location clearly states "UK" and you can still install the game, though when trying to launch, SecuROM checks the date.
