I think it used to be the opposite. Bleach just seems to be getting so repetitive... Ichigo even though he's a vizard doesn't ever learn anything new..it's just the same energy attack. This fight is getting really interesting.... anyone thinking fox is going to emerge now? Bleach needs to definitely bring something new to the table. The fights are great, but after sooooo many, we need something a little more deeper. Hopefully something will happen soon. Both were great though to read. However, I find even more than "surprise", I relish "quality" lately. One of my favourites is Rebirth, and it brings virtually NOTHING breakthrough to the table-- almost all the plot elements can be found in other series-- but the execution is reliable (consistent, attractive art style, fairly clever dialogue, appropriate doses of humour to break up seriousness.) I haven't seen an anime that awesome in a long time! The downside of the OVA is that it's 7 episodes short[/url]. I really enjoyed this anime to the fullest.
