I was going to start the first series just before Brotherhood began to air but decided not to as I read Brotherhood was more faithful to the original manga. Absolutely loved it. i couldn't spot a character I didn't like in a way (except Szilard :p) I think it was episode 12 which was where everything was brought together and was literally action packed. The ending to the core 13 episodes was brilliant with Miria and Isaac. Literally ROFL'd. Not sure what to watch now. Might watch one of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagaan or Mushishi or Planetes. Source Oh man, this could be just totally bad ass or just totally ruin the chances this will ever come back lol. Read my previous reply to you? :p But not have been obvious but it was a reply to your post :) You should definitely watch as it's by the same director plus it has those cameos. You're gonna laugh ones you notice them :D I LOL'd at the end of episode 13 as well.
