All functions will be open without the key so waiting the 2 hours wont hurt. What will is when 2.5mill is up and we are SOL. Well, I didn't actually click anywhere. I installed the FTM client in IE, then copy & pasted the download link from Firefox into IE's address bar. Went right to the download page and started the File Transfer Manager. They're probably referring to getting keys. Obviously you can download the files when their on the servers, but theres a difference between getting it directly and going through technet.
